Mr. White is co-founder of L4 Capital Partners and serves as managing partner, focused on providing strategic direction and leadership to the firm. He brings over 30 years of commercial real estate, asset management and development experience to the company. Mr. White founded L4's affiliate commercial real estate services firm, Landmark Commercial Real Estate, in 1988 and has led the company continuously since that time as its President. He has acquired, developed and sold over two hundred million dollars worth of real estate assets during his career. He holds designations as a Certified Property Manager (CPM) and a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), and has taught numerous real estate courses at the collegiate level. Mr. White holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Virginia and attended George Mason University for graduate level studies in finance. Active in his McLean, Virginia community, he is an avid supporter, sponsor and coach of local youth sports.
Mr. White is primarily responsible for originating and managing the company's syndicated investments, including the sourcing, underwriting, structuring, closing, managing and disposing of assets. Mr. White also works with the firm's other partners to continually review and revise investment strategies for existing and proposed vehicles. He holds designations as a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and Master's of Commercial Real Estate (MCRE). Mr. White is an active member of the Urban Land Institute and participant on a number of committees. He holds a Bachelor's of Business Administration from James Madison University.
Mrs. Hurley is responsible for all investor outreach, from educational seminars and online communication to investment reporting, project updates and client services. Mrs. Hurley holds an undergraduate degree in Art History from Flagler College and a Master's degree in Contemporary Art from Sotheby's Institute of Art. Prior to joining L4, she was the investor relations manager for Pollock Fine Art in London.
